APPLE ANNOUNCES 7 NEW PRODUCTS IN MARCH

Apple released details on seven hardware updates and launches between March 2 and March 4, 2026, through sequential press releases followed by hands-on sessions in New York, London, and Shanghai on March 4. All items follow a consistent pre-order window starting March 4 and customer availability from March 11. Pricing and configurations remain aligned with prior generations except where storage or chip upgrades apply.

iPhone 17e Entry-level model starts at $599 with 256 GB base storage—double the prior generation at unchanged price. Adds MagSafe charging support and Ceramic Shield 2 front glass. Available in black, white, and new soft pink. Chip and camera details mirror recent mid-tier upgrades. Pre-orders open March 4; shipping March 11.

11-inch and 13-inch iPad Air Both sizes now use the M4 chip (up from M3) and 12 GB unified memory. No price change reported from previous $599 / $799 starting points. The move improves multitasking and on-device processing without altering form factor or display specs. Same availability timeline.

13-inch MacBook Air Powered by the M5 chip. Base storage increased to 512 GB. Starting price moves to $1,099 (prior M4 model was $999). Battery life and display remain consistent with recent Air designs. Pre-order and shipping dates match the rest of the lineup.

14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro Equipped with new M5 Pro and M5 Max chips built on Apple’s Fusion Architecture. Higher CPU/GPU core counts, increased memory bandwidth, and dedicated Neural Accelerators target compute-heavy workloads. Storage and configuration options extend to 8 TB on M5 Max models. Pricing starts at prior-generation levels with performance gains only.

Studio Display (standard refresh) Updated with Thunderbolt 5 ports and minor internal improvements. Retains 27-inch 5K panel and existing pricing structure. Positioned for continued use with Mac desktops and laptops.

Studio Display XDR New Mini-LED backlit 27-inch 5K model with 120 Hz refresh and peak brightness of 2,000 nits. Replaces the prior Pro Display XDR. Starts at $3,299. Targets high-end creative and professional environments.

MacBook Neo All-new 13-inch entry laptop at $599 ($499 education pricing). Uses A18 Pro chip, 13-inch Liquid Retina display, aluminum unibody in four colors (blush, indigo, silver, citrus), up to 16 hours battery life, 1080p camera, and Magic Keyboard. Runs full macOS with Apple Intelligence features. Designed as Apple’s lowest-price notebook. Pre-orders open today; first deliveries March 11.

Pre-orders for the full set of products open March 4 at apple.com and Apple Stores. Apple has not issued updated fiscal guidance tied to these releases. Supply chain and component sourcing follow standard Apple practices with no reported constraints at announcement.
